Our Story - The Present
The three brothers, Bob, Rich and John, first discussed starting a commercial sausage business in late 2014. But it wasn't until the Spring of 2015 that they began to put their plan into action. After nearly 18 months of planning and hard work, the sausage shop opened in September of 2016. Under the current plan, Bob is handling the administration and management side of the business. While brothers Rich and John are handling the production.
As best as it can be determined and confirmed, the three brothers today represent the seventh generation in an unbroken line of Puglieses to make sausage. And the eighth generation is already learning with the expectation that they will carry on the family tradition.
